Return & Replacement Policy


Simply Home


At Simply Home, we take great pride in crafting premium solid wood furniture and decor pieces with careful attention to detail. Every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.


However, we understand that in certain rare situations a replacement may be required. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and replacements are handled.


Replacement Policy


Simply Home does accept product replacements, but only under specific circumstances.


A replacement will be approved only if the product you receive has any of the following issues:


* The product is damaged during delivery
* You received the wrong item
* You received a different product than what you ordered
* The product is missing parts or has a manufacturing defect


If any of these issues occur, we will replace the item completely free of cost.


Replacement Time Window


Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.


Once the delivery partner marks the order as Delivered, you have 24 hours to notify us about the problem.


Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.


Replacement Process


If your replacement request is approved:


* Simply Home will arrange pickup of the product from your address
* A new replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost
* All pickup and delivery charges will be borne by Simply Home


Packaging Requirement


To process a replacement:


* The product must be repacked securely in its original packaging
* The shipping label provided by our team must be pasted on the outer box
* The item should be handed over to the pickup partner in the same condition it was received


Failure to properly repackage the item may delay or cancel the replacement request.


Return Policy


At Simply Home, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, such as:


* You did not like the product
* The product does not match your expectations
* You changed your mind after receiving the product
* You no longer need the product


Since many of our furniture pieces are crafted and handled with significant logistics costs, we are unable to accept such returns.


Refund Policy (If Return Is Requested)


In rare cases where a customer insists on returning a product without a product defect, Simply Home may review the request.


If the return is approved:


* A deduction of up to 30% of the order value will apply
* This deduction covers logistics, handling, packaging, and restocking costs
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

Refund Method for Damaged Product Returns


If a customer receives a damaged product and chooses to return the item instead of opting for a replacement, Simply Home will not issue a cash or bank refund.


Instead, the customer will receive a store credit voucher equivalent to the order value.


This voucher can be used to place a new order for the same product or any other product available on the Simply Home website.


Please note:


* The refund amount will not be credited to the original payment method
* A voucher/store credit will be issued instead
* The voucher can be used for future purchases on simplyhome.in


This policy helps us manage the high logistics and handling costs associated with furniture while still ensuring customers can reorder a product of their choice.

* Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
* Requests made after this period will not be accepted
* The product must be unused and in original condition
* Proper packaging is required for pickup
