We currently ship to Pan India. If you are located in remote areas or overseas, please contact our customer service team at support@simplyhome.com to discuss potential shipping arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may vary. Please refer to the product page for specific details on lead times.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Curbside Delivery: Most of our furniture is delivered curbside, meaning it will be delivered to the first dry area (like a garage or covered porch) on your property. Assembly and placement inside your home are not included.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund once the loss is confirmed.
